Stayed here with family and a small child in order to catch a flight early the next morning. Location didn't disappoint - it's across from the international terminal connected by a covered bridge. However be warned that the bridge is open to air (via the boat quay at its end) and can still be subject to the prevalent temperatures. The staff were excellent, proactively showing us discount coupons which we could use in the airport during dinner hours, and helping us when we encountered hiccups with our check in process. The Queen Room was big and there was enough space to do a final pack of our luggage.

We had an early flight, so we decided to spend the night at a hotel at the airport. This hotel totally met this need, as it's a short walking distance from the Access Plaza, covered all the way. It also provided breakfast that starts at 6am, so we could have the breakfast before checking out. The room is of a reasonable size for two. The security was good, where you need the access card to use the lift.

The hotel offers unbeatable convenience, being just a short stroll of under five minutes from the airport. The rooms are spacious, and the complimentary breakfast is absolutely delightful, complemented by a nice view—definitely a perfect way to start the day!

It is a good hotel to saty overnight and have a shopping at the airport in the next morning before taking a flight back home. It's located just around 300m from the airport with a lift and a flat floor for us to easily roll our big baggage. The room size is quiet good for 2 with adequate facilities and amenities. The room cleaniless is not the best but still OK less odor inside. The breakfast is quite good with variety to choose and overall hotel staffs are great service mind who's always willing to help us.

The hotel is amazingly located to the airport - to which it is connected by a suspended passageway. Super-convenient for early-morning or late-night flights. Could not have breakfast but promptly got packaged food instead. The views are great, the airport terminal has shops and restaurants within easy reach. The rooms are big and clean, all necessary amenities available. Would stay again anytime and do recommend heartily.

Staff were friendly and very responsive. Requested towels delivered promptly. Parking was convenient. Location is ideal for airport departure and affords all-enclosed walking access to airport and train terminals. Cheaper than Centrair Hotel that I've used a few times. Included breakfast is ok and very basic, like other Comfort hotels.

Excellent location with direct connection with the airport, helpful staffs to help me with check-in, the room was larger than expected, wide selection in the buffet breakfast, I stay dry on a rainy day for my flight home. Last but not lease, great price !

Location was perfect for our early morning flight. Just across a link bridge. We booked standard twin room and the room.wss very spacious. We easily opened 3 of our luggages.
